Great news CHS students and families,
On Monday, November 9, SDUSD high schools were notified by San Diego Unified and the Department of Interscholastic Athletics of an approved plan to bring student-athletes back to campus to engage in voluntary conditioning activities prior to the start of the 2020-2021 athletic season. In an effort to remain consistent with the district’s clear parameters for health and safety, this proposal is based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health Guidance for Youth Sports.
All athletes that wish to participate in this pre-conditioning program are asked to review the safety procedures that were presented at our November 12, Pre-Season Conditioning Meeting. A recording of this meeting can be found at the link below:
