The CHS Girl’s Water Polo team, with the help of some incredible athletes from Marston and other local middle schools, experienced success over this past weekend as they travelled 7 hours north up to Shaver Lake to claim yet another club championship at the Shaver Lake Open.  And as the girls gear up for the Junior

The Girl’s Novice water polo team finished out what has already been a very successful season with a 2nd place finish in the 32 team San Diego Open.  With this finish, the Novice girls have earned medals in all three tournaments they have competed in this season, and have racked up an 11-1 record. The Clairemont Novice Girl’s Water Polo team has claimed their second tournament title of the season, and have stormed out to a perfect 7-0 start to the season!  After claiming the La Jolla Invite championship last weekend, the Lady Chiefs went up to Grossmont and took home the Hiller Invite championship as well!  Great work

The Clairemont Varsity Girl’s Water Polo team had a big weekend out at Eagle Challenge hosted by Granite Hills High, going 3 for 3 in dramatic fashion.  Senior captain Ella Denny had a dominant performance with a team high 10 goals in 3 games, including 6 goals against Point Loma.
